Catalytic Heating Installation Reduces Yaskawa's CO2 Emissions by 90%

X-Heat Ltd., a leader in commercial heating solutions, has recently completed an installation for Yaskawa Ltd. that has resulted in significant energy savings and reduced emissions. X-Heat was recommended to Yaskawa by another satisfied client, and the team got to work on replacing their highly inefficient portable gas-fired hot air blowers and ceiling-suspended warm air blowers.

The 150kW of gas-fired blowers were replaced with just four Nano-Heaters, each with a total power output of 42kW, resulting in an incredible 72% reduction in energy consumption and a 90% reduction in CO2 emissions. Nano-Heat operates using catalytic technology, eliminating all CO, NOx, and SOx emissions.

This installation aligns with X-Heat's mission of moving the commercial heating industry away from traditional combustion methods to oxidization methods.
